CTS-E series microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machines are designed to meet the national standard GB/T16491-2008 "Electronic Universal Testing Machine". This model features an internationally leading, stable, reliable and ergonomic host structure, and is equipped with imported sensors, servo motors and AC servo speed control systems. The computer control system achieves closed-loop control of parameters such as test force, specimen deformation, and beam displacement. Tests are conducted and test data are automatically processed in accordance with international standards such as GB (Chinese National Standards), ISO (International Organization for Standardization), JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards), ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), and DIN (German Industrial Norm).

This machine has accurate testing, powerful functions, easy operation, stability and reliability. Features
1. Host structure
It adopts a single-space desktop structure, and the lower space can be stretched and compressed. The upper beam, middle beam, workbench and bottom panel form a frame structure through two pairs of ball screws and two columns, which increases the rigidity of the frame structure.
2. Main components
The optimized design of the upper beam, middle beam, and workbench structure increases the corresponding stiffness, and is equipped with gap-free precision ground ball screw transmission to improve transmission efficiency and displacement accuracy. The guide adopts
oil-free lubricated bearings, which increases the running speed of the testing machine and ensures smooth and noise-free operation, thus improving the overall accuracy and durability of the testing machine.
3. The load measurement adopts imported high-precision and high-stability spoke-type tension and compression strain sensors to ensure the accuracy of the test force. It can be expanded to add multiple sensors to achieve a wider range of test force measurement.
4. The transmission system adopts an imported fully digital AC servo system to control high-precision, high-response frequency AC servo motors to
ensure high efficiency, low noise and smooth transmission of the transmission system.
5. The pin method is used to easily connect accessories of various specifications to meet the testing requirements of various materials.
6. The test protection has complete limit protection functions, overload and over-current protection, automatic shutdown due to test rupture, etc., making the operation safe and reliable.
