CTS-HG microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shear and other tests of metal and non-metal materials. Add accessories and tooling to test cement, concrete, wood, rubber and their products. The test operation and data processing comply with the requirements of GB/T228.1-2021 "Tensile Test of Metal Materials Part 1: Room Temperature Test Method".

1. The main machine adopts ultra-high stiffness design, and each force-bearing component has been analyzed and designed by finite element, and has been precision processed and inspected.
2. The main machine adopts a cylinder-down structure. The tensile test space is located above the main machine, and the compression and bending test spaces are located between the lower beam of the main machine and the workbench.
3. The upper beam, lower beam, and workbench are integrally cast to increase rigidity. The lower cross beam is lifted using a disc motor to drive the cross beam up and down through a worm gear mechanism.
4. High-rigidity semi-open jaw base, high strength, small deformation, stable clamping, stable and reliable performance.
