This automatic pressure testing machine robot integrated system is mainly composed of 12 pressure testing machines and an oil source control system, 4 sets of ABB industrial robots, loading and unloading conveyor lines, barcode scanners, automatic slag cleaning devices and control system operation stations.The system is a closed, fully automatic test and inspection station with the robot position as the core.

System design

1.This system is mainly suitable for the fully automatic pressure testing machine robot integrated system; mainly used for 100mmx100mm cubic test blocks, 100mmx200mm diameter cylinders and 50mmx50mm grouting cubes;
2.This system uses 12 sets of 2000KN pressure testing machines, 4 sets of 50KN pressure testing machines and 4 sets of 10Kg ABB robots, equipped with loading and unloading conveyor lines, barcode scanners, slag automatic cleaning devices and other equipment to complete the automatic detection and recovery requirements of test blocks and workpieces required by users;
3.Robot: The robot is equipped with a set of concrete grippers, and the outer diameter range of the clamped product meets the size requirements of the above three types of sample workpieces; the robot clamping process must not damage the product structure;

4.Barcode scanner: automatically scans the barcode or QR code attached to the sample and enters it into the system for intelligent management;
5.Automatic unloading device: using gas as the power source, the concrete slag after the test is automatically cleaned without manual intervention;
6.Loading conveyor line: The loading conveyor line can deliver three types of workpieces to the loading position. Cubes with unreadable RFID tags are rejected at the beginning of the feeding conveyor and shall not be fed into the robot unit.
7.Unloading conveyor line: The cleaned concrete slag is automatically collected through the unloading conveyor line and transported to the slag recovery truck or other equipment, and then manually transported to other places.

Work process
 

The four areas are configured in the same way, with one robot loading and unloading four presses. The entire work process of a single area is mainly as follows:

1.Manually place the sample requirements in the designated area of the loading conveyor line

2.Manually start the system

3.The robot grabs the sample and scans the code

4.The robot loads the test machine

5.The test machine performs compression test, and at the same time

the robot grabs the sample and scans the code to load the other three test machines

6.After the test is completed, the slag automatic cleaning device cleans the test block slag on the pressure plate, and the slag falls into the unloading conveyor line, and the unloading conveyor line sends the slag to the recovery device

7.The robot grabs the next sample for testing

8.Repeat the above 3.4.5.6.7.process until all sample tests are completed

9.Manually transport the recovered slag to another place
