CTS-R300 Steel Strand Relaxation Testing Machine is mainly used to test the tensile stress relaxation mechanical properties of metal materials (such as steel strands, PC steel rods and steel wires) at room temperature. The product meets the relevant requirements for the tensile stress relaxation test of steel at room temperature in the standards "GB/T 10120-2013 Metal Stress Relaxation Test Method" and "ASTM E328-2002 Materials and Structure Stress Relaxation Test Method". The microcomputer-controlled electronic relaxation testing machine is specially used for stress relaxation testing of steel strands used in prestressed concrete. It can also be used for thermal stress relaxation testing of scored steel wires, galvanized steel wires, etc. The testing machine meets the requirements of GB/T5224-2014 "Steel Strands for Prestressed Concrete". After adding software and fixtures, it can also meet the requirements of the isothermal relaxation test of GB/T21839-2015 "Steel Test Methods for Prestressed Concrete"
