CTS-HB3AC visual fully automatic Brinell hardness tester, using 8-inch touch and high-speed  ARM processor, intuitive display, friendly human-computer interaction, easy to operate; fast  calculation speed, huge database storage, automatic data correction, and provides Data  polyline report. It is suitable for measuring the Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous  metals and bearing alloy materials; hard cast steel, aluminum alloy copper alloy, forgeable  castings, mild steel, quenched and tempered steel, annealed steel, bearing steel, etc.

Features

1. Regardless of the size of the workpiece, its location, or the distance between the sample and the indenter, the workbench can automatically rise and fall, automatically load, and automatically measure the Brinell hardness of the workpiece.

2. An industrial tablet computer is installed on the side of the fuselage, with a built-in industrial-grade camera. It uses CCD image software processing to directly export data and images, and complete manual and automatic measurement of images, which is convenient and fast;

3. The fuselage is made of high-quality cast iron and is molded by one-time casting, combined with automotive paint processing technology, making the appearance round and beautiful;

4. Equipped with an automatic turret function to automatically switch between the pressure head and the lens, making it more convenient to use;

5. The maximum and minimum hardness values can be set. When the test value exceeds the set range, an alarm sound will sound;
