The Clever-D ultrapure water system uses purified water as the feed water to prepare high purity water and Class I (reagent grade) ultrapure water, with a flow rate of 1.0-2.0 liters/minute. The quality of the produced water meets or exceeds the water quality standards for Class I and Class II water as stipulated in China's Laboratory Water Standards and Test Methods (GB6682-2008) and ASTM and CLSI.

System Characterization:
Humanized water extraction
With manual water collection and timed water collection two water collection methods can be selected, water collection operation is more humanized;
Timing water intake function, from 1-60min arbitrary settings, to avoid waiting for water intake;
The function of fetching water with fixed quality, from 0.1-18.25 MΩ.cm is set arbitrarily.
Comprehensive water quality monitoring
Online two-way water quality monitoring, real-time monitoring of pure water conductivity, ultra-pure water resistivity and temperature;
Automatic alarm and display when two-way water quality monitoring is abnormal (parameters can be set);
High-precision conductivity and resistivity monitor, conductivity electrode constant up to 1.0cm-1, resistance electrode constant up to 0.01cm-1, with automatic temperature compensation, temperature sensitivity up to 0.1 ºC, to ensure the accuracy of water quality monitoring.
Consumables management
The service life of PP pretreatment column, RO reverse osmosis column, UP purification column and UV lamp can be judged by yourself (parameters can be set), and you can check the length of time the consumables have been used.
System Alarm
The system has a perfect alarm management function, mainly managing the alarms of pure water and ultra-pure water quality, inlet pressure and the life of consumables, etc. When the alarm occurs, the alarm interface pops up automatically, displaying the current alarm information;
Water leakage protection device, when the system leakage is detected automatically close the water inlet valve and send an alarm signal (optional).
System maintenance
The system is equipped with two modes of manual and automatic flushing, the interval of automatic flushing is 2 hours, and you can also open the flushing program manually according to the actual situation;
It has the function of using time statistics of consumables, and you can carry out maintenance and upkeep in time according to these statistics.
Perfect system auxiliary function
With factory and user secondary passwords, all system settings are password protected to prevent unauthorized changes;
System time setting: (year/month/day/hour/minute/second);
Status indication: running status indicator, alarm indicator, water tank full indicator .
