The LabSE system uses tap water as the inlet to prepare tertiary water and deionized water/ultrapure water, with four water production flow rates of 45/63/95/125 liters per hour. The water quality of the produced water meets or exceeds the water quality standards specified in the Chinese Laboratory Water Standards and Test Methods (GB6682-2008) and ASTM, CLSI.

Easy to install
The installation is quite simple, and all the filtering consumables have been installed into the host. During installation, simply connect tap water and wastewater, turn on the power, and you can use it immediately. We also provide on-site installation and training services.

Easy to use
Convenient access to water: The timed water intake function can be set from 1 to 99 minutes to avoid waiting for water intake; The fixed quality water intake function can be set arbitrarily from 0.1-18.25M Ω. cm.
Information acquisition:The innovative touch operable glass panel can display all key information, including various system parameters, operational functions, and water quality status.
Water quality alarm: Water quality exceeding limit alarm/consumable life alarm/water shortage/full water alarm. When the alarm occurs, the alarm interface will automatically pop up, displaying the current alarm information.
User Management: There are factory and user level two passwords, and the system settings are password protected to prevent unauthorized changes.
Easy to maintain: The integrated design of consumables means that when you need to replace them, the system will automatically remind you. Its simple design allows you to replace them yourself within a few minutes.
The service life of PP pretreatment column, RO reverse osmosis column, UP purification column, and UV lamp can be determined by themselves (parameters can be set), and the consumables' usage time can be queried; To prevent scaling of the RO membrane, there are two types of RO membrane anti scaling flushing functions, manual and automatic.
Water quality assurance
Water quality monitoring: The system comes with high-precision conductivity and resistivity monitoring devices, which are used to detect tertiary water and deionized water/ultrapure water, respectively. The conductivity electrode constant reaches 1.0cm-1 and the resistance electrode constant reaches 0.01cm-1. It has a temperature automatic compensation function and a temperature sensitivity of 0.1 ºC, ensuring the accuracy of water quality monitoring.
Ultra low heat source: The 5000 Dalton ultrafiltration module imported from Germany can reduce the heat source (endotoxin) of the produced water to below<0.001Eu/ml, which is ideal for molecular biology, cell culture, cell immunohistochemistry and other experiments (limited to UF/FV models).
Ultra low TOC: The dual wavelength ultraviolet lamp imported from the United States can reduce the total organic carbon (TOC) of the produced water to below 3 ppb to meet your experimental needs sensitive to organic matter, such as HPLC GC,Ion chromatography, TOC analysis, etc. (limited to UV/FV models).
Terminal filtering: 0.22 μ m imported PES membrane terminal filter provides sterile, particle free ultrapure water that meets your needs.
The independent water intake device can independently draw water from a distance of 2 meters (extendable) away from the host
Can be operated through touch sensitive switches or external foot switcheswater intaking
If manual water intake is not convenient, the foot switch (optional) can be connected to the base of the independent water intake device to achieve foot operated water intake
Pure water delivery system (optional) with a water tank capacity of 50-1000 liters
Multiple specifications are available, with an air filter installed on the top and a pure water distribution pump at the outlet of the water tank for flow distribution. 2-15 liters/minute with multiple specifications to choose from

Source water pretreatment component
For areas with poor water quality, it is recommended to install additional source water pretreatment components in front of the host to pre treat the water and effectively protect the host
-If the source water is urban tap water, it is recommended to choose a 10/20 inch filter
-If the source water is untreated groundwater, it is particularly recommended to choose a combination of a pre installed stainless steel flushing filter and a 10/20 inch filter for use

Application:
Remove calcium (Ca2+) and magnesium (Mg2) ions from water, reduce the hardness of the influent, prevent scaling of the RO membrane, and extend its lifespan, effectively protecting components such as the pre purification column, reverse osmosis membrane, and EDI module.
Characteristic:
By using sodium type cation resin to replace calcium and magnesium ions in the source water, the purpose of softening water can be achieved;
Intelligent control valve, realizing fully automatic soft water and fully automatic reverse flow resin regeneration without manual labor;
