TOPGUN-PF intelligent perfusion regeneration system is a one-time system application for process development and production. It is designed and
manufactured in full compliance with current pharmaceutical manufacturing Code (CGMP) requirements, designed in accordance with ASME-BPE
specifications, and adopts 3D modular design to bring customers a new use experience. The automatic control adopts PLC+PC, which can monitor and
record the pressure before and after the film, automatically adjust the flow rate of circulating liquid and filtered liquid in the system, record the curve of
relevant process parameters, and query the historical record and trace back.
The products are widely used in cell perfusion culture, cell harvesting, plasmid fermentation, cell or lysate clarification and concentration, recombinant protein, virus and other purposes of product purification and concentration.
