Product Introduction

SH-8803 is the third generation fully automatic analyzer launched by our company based on market demand. This product adopts a new concept of miniaturization, lightweight, and intelligence, providing customers with fast and safe water quality analysis solutions. It is mainly used for water quality analysis in industries such as surface water, domestic water, industrial production process water, sewage treatment plant wastewater, agricultural aquaculture water bodies, research institutes, environmental engineering, and municipal construction.

Functional Features

1.Adopting a 12.3-inch true color touch screen, it realizes fully automatic analysis operation processes such as sampling, dosing, cleaning,

mixing, detection, waste disposal, and switching;

2.Adopting Linux intelligent operating system, with built-in standard and custom curves, supporting batch configuration/individual configuration

of water samples, automatic dilution of samples, real-time display of experimental analysis progress, and dynamic display of analysis results;

3.Adopting a disc-shaped layout, it can process 38 samples in the same batch, with a testing time of 100 minutes, saving time and efficiency,

high degree of automation, and truly achieving unmanned operation;

4.Can fit curves based on standard samples and save them, supporting repeatability analysis of the accuracy of the results;

5.Data processing can save, print, and query detection results, and supports exporting and analyzing data from a USB drive;

6.Multiple protective measures are installed inside the instrument, including real-time monitoring of cleaning solution, waste liquid, reagents,

water samples, collisions, etc., automatic diagnosis of fault phenomena, and red light alarm reminder function;

7.Support power-off protection, allowing unfinished work to continue after power is restored;

8.It has the characteristics of reasonable layout, simple structure, high analysis efficiency, and easy maintenance;

9.Besides adding reagents regularly and cleaning pipelines regularly, no other consumables or tedious work are required;

10.Support remote upgrades, optimize the operating system to add measurement items;

11.Configure a dedicated mobile placement workbench for instruments to effectively enhance the variable space in the laboratory;

12.Support video recording of the experimental process;
