Product Introduction

This product is one of the upgrade projects launched by Shengaohua Technology this year. The instrument is designed according to the national standard "HJ 505-2009 5-day cultivation method", and uses the principle of mercury free pressure difference method to measure the BOD value in water. Imported sensors are selected to ensure reliable and accurate data. The integrated design of the whole machine mold has clear functional levels and a stylish appearance. It is widely used in the monitoring of water quality in industrial wastewater, domestic wastewater, environmental engineering, university research, agricultural projects and other fields.
 

Working principle

This product simulates the natural biodegradation process, where the CO2 produced by the consumption of oxygen in the culture bottle by organic matter is absorbed by the hydroxide in the sealed cup, and the pressure changes generated during the degradation process are monitored by sensors. Establish a correlation between biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and gas pressure to accurately measure BOD and display the results in real-time.
