The modular nitrogen generator, as the latest generation of developed products, chooses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology.It uses clean air as the raw material and high-quality carbon molecular sieve as the adsorbent. Under a certain pressure, it adsorbs under pressure and desorbs under pressure reduction (so-called regeneration, which is the process of quickly reducing the pressure inside the adsorption tower to atmospheric pressure by discharging the gas inside the tower to the atmosphere, allowing the oxygen, carbon dioxide, and moisture adsorbed by the molecular sieve to be released from the molecular sieve). The adsorbers work alternately to obtain the required purity of nitrogen. At the same time, it absorbs the product advantages of membrane separation, with high nitrogen quality and plug-and-play convenience.
