Product features:
(I) It meets the requirements that Class II biosafety cabinets in YY/T0569-2011 standard of China are classified as A2 type.
(II) The inner cavity is designed with safe negative pressure, 70% of the air can be recycled after being filtered, and 30% of the air can be discharged indoors and outdoors or connected to the exhaust system after being efficiently filtered.
(III) Class II bio-safety cabinet adopts super-large 7-inch high-definition touch man-machine dialogue interface, with multiple sets of data displayed on one screen, beautiful and elegant, switchable between Chinese and English. It can display the running status of monitoring fans and filters in real time, display the service life of sterilization lamps and filters in real time, and provide alarm function. It can set the low-speed operation of the fan with the window closed, and the low-speed duration.
(IV) High-efficiency and energy-saving DC brushless fan, saving more than energy by 40% year on year, with high efficiency and low noise: man-machine interface, with scheduled operation function, timing function, and log function to enhance the traceability of experiments and equipment status. The exhaust filter adopts HEPA high-efficiency filter.
(V) Filtration efficiency: ULPA ultra-efficient filter made of borosilicate glass fiber is used for air supply, and the filtration efficiency of 0.12um particles is > 99.9995%.
(VI) Convenient and stable silent synchronous wheel belt sliding door design, which is safe, reliable and durable.
(VII) The cabinet is designed with an inclination angle of 10°, which conforms to the principle of ergonomics, with a larger angle of view, convenient to operate and more humanized.
(VIII) The three-sided walls of the exposed working area of the safety cabinet are made of high-quality 304# stainless steel integrated structure, and the internal washable parts are treated with 10mm large rounded corners, with no dead angles, easy to clean.
(IX) The working area is surrounded by negative pressure on four sides (left and right sides, back and bottom), which makes the working area more protective and safer.
(X) The workbench is made of high-quality 304# stainless steel, with a separated workbench design, which is easy to clean and can be sterilized at high temperature. Even if the waste liquid overflows during the experiment, it can flow into the liquid collection tank, which is convenient for cleaning.
(XI) Design of casters: integrated design of casters and brackets. The safety cabinet can be moved safely by casters, and can also be fixed and leveled by adjusting the fixed feet.
(XII) The cabinet and the bracket can be separated, and the height of the bracket can be customized and modified according to the actual situation.
(XIII) Reasonable structural design: The maintenance and replacement of the safety cabinet filter and fan can be carried out at the front side of the safety cabinet, which is more convenient and quicker.
(XIV) Strict air tightness test: Pressurize 500Pa in the safety cabinet, and the air pressure is not lower than 450Pa after 30min.
(XV) Front window airflow partition design: it prevents airflow from leaking through the side wall and upper side of the front window, making the operation safer.
(XVI) Refined alarm system, that is, the glass door is not at a safe height alarm, filter service life alarm and airflow fluctuation alarm.
(XVII) Safe interlock protection design, that is, interlock protection for personnel misoperation, interlock between fan and glass door, and interlock between ultraviolet lamp, glass door and lighting.
