The independently developed, designed, and produced water bath nitrogen blowing instrument adopts blowing, sweeping, and capturing technology, and can also control the temperature and heat of the sample. It uses inert gases such as nitrogen to quickly, controllably, and continuously blow onto the surface of the sample to achieve rapid anaerobic concentration of the sample solution. Main features:
1. Each gas needle channel on the distribution room can be used in combination or separately, and each gas needle can be opened and closed separately. The height of the distribution room can be adjusted as needed.
2. Each gas flow can be adjusted separately to meet the different needs of users. At the same time, it overcomes the weakness of different gas flow rates in each gas path of the non adjustable nitrogen blowing instrument.
3. The water bath nitrogen blower has a unique self balancing suspension lifting system, cleverly designed to make the height adjustment of the distribution chamber more flexible, truly achieving one handed operation.
4. The water bath nitrogen blowing instrument adopts a digital temperature controller, dual digital display, PID technology for regulation, and can achieve over temperature alarm.
5. Components that may come into contact with solvents are made of 316 stainless steel, alloy aluminum, and coated with plastic on the surface, which has a long service life and is easy to clean.
6. The whole machine can be placed in a fume hood for use.
7. Each model can be equipped with a gas flow meter.
8. The standard size of the heating block is a diameter of Φ 15mm, and users with special specifications can pre order their special diameter and form.
