1. Small in size and light in weight, it can replace high-pressure hydrocarbon gas cylinders without the need for transportation.
2. Easy to operate, highly automated. Connect the air source, turn on the power switch, and wait for the catalytic temperature to rise to the set temperature to continuously generate zero level air.
3. The instrument is equipped with an automatic regeneration water removal device that does not require replacement, fully realizing maintenance free function.
4. The instrument has reliable safety performance and is equipped with two levels of ultra-high temperature protection inside. One is the catalytic temperature ultra-high protection, and the other is the catalytic box shell overheating protection. The high temperature protection will be turned off when it is activated.
5. The instrument is equipped with a three-stage filter valve inside, which can make the air entering the catalytic box dry and clean, and avoid secondary pollution of the air after cracking and hydrocarbon removal. All internal air circuits are made of 316 stainless steel clean pipes.
