Our company has successfully developed the QP-AUTO series of fully automatic nitrogen blow concentrators for various products by integrating and optimizing existing technological advantages, which effectively solves these problems. This device adopts a unique concentration method to significantly improve the concentration rate. At the same time, the equipment uses its own exhaust fan to directionally discharge the evaporated exhaust gas through the exhaust pipe, allowing the nitrogen blowing concentration device, which originally had to be placed in a ventilated kitchen, to be safely installed on a general experimental platform. Not only is it easy to move and saves laboratory costs, but it also minimizes the harm of toxic and harmful solvents to operators, making it an essential sample pretreatment device in laboratories.
Main features:
1. Concentrate single or multiple samples simultaneously without manual supervision: The fully automatic nitrogen concentrator uses multiple optical sensors to monitor the concentration process of each sample. When the evaporation concentration reaches the preset volume, the system automatically stops the nitrogen blowing of the corresponding channel and gives an alarm prompt. The entire concentration process does not require manual supervision.
2. Special airflow blowing trajectory and buffering design: can accelerate solvent evaporation and concentration, and prevent solvent
Splash loss.
3. Working parameters can be set, controlled, and displayed in real-time: The main working parameters include nitrogen blowing pressure, water bath temperature, and working time, all of which can be set as needed.
4. Stable and constant nitrogen blowing airflow pressure: The instrument comes with an automatic pressure regulating device, which can automatically control and maintain a constant airflow pressure, without being affected by sudden opening, closing, or quantity of the working channel (sample).
5. No pollution impact on the sample: All gas paths and related components are made of verified zero pollution materials to avoid contamination of the sample from the instrument.
