The Best-S ultrapure water system uses municipal tap water as the feed water to prepare tertiary water and Class I (reagent grade) ultrapure water, with a production flow rate of 15/30 liters per hour. The quality of the produced water meets or exceeds the water quality standards for Class I and Class III water set by China Laboratory Water Standards and Test Methods (GB6682-2008) and ASTM and CLSI.
Innovations
1. The first benchtop ultrapure water system with simultaneous pipeline cleaning and disinfection, system circulation, 2-way flow, 3-way water quality monitoring and built-in dual storage tanks;

System Characterization:
Humanized water extraction
With manual water withdrawal and quantitative water withdrawal two kinds of water withdrawal methods can be selected, water withdrawal operation is more humanized;
When fetching water, it displays the current water flow rate, cumulative water quantity, water quality, water temperature and water storage capacity of the water tank, so that you can grasp the information of water fetching every time;
When fetching ultrapure water, if it is lower than the set value of your water quality requirements, the system will make the ultrapure water cycle purification until the water quality reaches the standard;

Comprehensive water quality monitoring
Online three-way water quality monitoring, real-time monitoring of water conductivity, pure water conductivity, ultra-pure water resistivity and temperature;
Three-way water quality monitoring abnormalities automatically alarm and display (parameters can be set);
High-precision conductivity and resistivity monitor, conductivity electrode constant up to 1.0cm-1, resistance electrode constant up to 0.01cm-1, with automatic temperature compensation, temperature sensitivity up to 0.1 ºC, to ensure the accuracy of water quality monitoring.
Built-in TOC detector, online detection of TOC content of ultrapure water, detection range 0.1-1000ppb, detection accuracy ± 0.1ppb, in line with the requirements of USP<643>, JP16, EP<2.2.44>, calibration certificates can be provided (optional).
Consumables management
The service life of PP, AC pretreatment column, RO reverse osmosis column, UP purification column, UV lamp, UF ultrafiltration membrane can be judged by themselves (life can be set), and can query the consumables have been used for a long time, the amount of water to be treated and the date of replacement;
Consumables are coded, the system can store and view information on the replacement of consumables, which is convenient for the daily maintenance of consumables.
System Alarm
The system has perfect alarm management function, mainly managing the alarms of water inlet, pure water and ultra-pure water quality, water inlet pressure and the life of all consumables, etc. When the alarm occurs, it automatically pops up the alarm interface, displaying and storing the current alarm information.
Water leakage protection device, when the system leakage is detected automatically close the water inlet valve, and send an alarm signal (optional).
Perfect internal circulation and dosing disinfection system
Ultra-pure water internal circulation system, always ensure to obtain stable water quality (circulation function can be turned on or off at any time according to your requirements);
Ultrapure water full pipeline dosing disinfection system, which can realize circulation disinfection, water intake disinfection, water tank refilling, manual sewage.
Traceability of data
The system can automatically store records of historical system alarms, historical water quality information of water intake, and the use of consumables, etc. The system can export complete EXCEL table data through USB interface to realize the traceability of data.
